Job Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Content Creation & Direction

• Conceptualise, write, and execute social-first content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Feed Posts)
• Plan and direct on-set shoots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Capture authentic, high-impact footage
• Edit content and work with talent to bring ideas to life

Content Calendar & Scripting

• Develop monthly content calendars and storylines for clients across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
• Script snappy captions, hooks, and dialogues in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ensure tone, voice, and storytelling stay consistent and brand-aligned

Client Liaison & Collaboration

• Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and content needs
• Manage shoot logistics, talent coordination, and client approvals
• Present ideas and content plans with confidence

Digital Savviness

• Stay on top of trends, memes, and content formats — from humour to corporate thought-leadership
• Optimise content for engagement, reach, and shareability
• Understand what performs, what doesn’t, and how to pivot quickly

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Solid experience creating content for social media platforms (TikTok / IG Reels / FB / LinkedIn / X)
• Good eye for visual storytelling and editing (bonus if you can shoot & edit on your own)
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Collaborative mindset and positive attitude when working with teams and clients
• confidence in front of the camera 

This role is hands-on, on-trend, and on-camera.
