Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

 - Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms. 

- Manage SEO & SEM, including keyword research, website optimisation, Google Ads, and campaign performance.

 - Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly. 

- Manage and optimise the Google Business Profile, including business information, reviews, posts, and local search visibility. 

- Create engaging marketing content, including graphic design, social media creatives, videos, reels, and promotional materials. - Manage social media content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. 

- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare performance reports with optimisation recommendations. 

- Track and improve KPIs such as website traffic, search rankings, lead generation, ROAS, conversions, and engagement. 

- Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) to outlets, events, and business partners. - Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, events, grand openings, and promotional activities. 

- Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time. 

Job Requirements

 - Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field. 

- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role. 

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM and Google Analytics 

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design software. 

- Skilled in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. 

- Strong creativity, analytical thinking, communication, and project management skills. 

-Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
