You Look Forward To:

<li>Understanding business strategy and digital solutions for different growth stages, price points, product types, and sales processes.</li>
<li>Planning and developing digital growth solutions, including but not limited to digital ads, funnel strategy, sales process optimization, marketing automation, and CX/journey solutions.</li>
<li>Designing and setting up experiments to test the impact of interventions on business results.</li>
<li>Using data, analytics, and available tools to make informed decisions and develop growth strategies.</li>
<li>Utilizing methodologies to replicate successful strategies at scale across various clients.</li>
<li>Working closely with a diverse internal team to share ideas, provide feedback, and present results and findings.</li>

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and manage a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.</li>
<li>Oversee the technical aspects of digital marketing, including email automation, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CMS, and CRM systems.</li>
<li>Develop and implement advanced growth strategies using data-driven insights and analytics.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital acquisition efforts and improve campaign performance.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and continuously enhance technical skills.</li>
</ul>
