We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Executive (Overseas Regulatory Affairs) to support overseas product registration, regulatory compliance, and product launch activities across international markets. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage overseas product introduction and registration processes to ensure timely approval and market readiness. • Monitor and familiarize with country-specific regulatory requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulations. • Handle customer inquiries and product-related complaints by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and providing constructive feedback. • Gather, verify, and maintain accurate product-related information, including regulatory requirements, product data, and certification documents. • Support the centralization and maintenance of product master data across the DXN Group to ensure data consistency and integrity. • Support new product development and launch activities, including preparation of marketing and training materials. • Perform other duties and provide support as assigned by management or immediate superior.
Qualification and Education: • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Life Science (Food Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc) / Health Science (Biomedical, Nutrition, etc) or any similar degree qualification. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or project experience will be an advantage. • Willing to work in Petaling Jaya / Alor Setar. Technical Knowledge / Skills: • Strong foundation in scientific studies with the ability to understand, interpret, and analyze technical information. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in assessing compliance risks and addressing market-specific regulatory challenges. • Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and stakeholders. • Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working independently in a structured environment. • Proficient in computer applications and business writing. • Foundational knowledge of, or strong interest in, regulatory affairs, product registration, and compliance-related functions.
