<li>Handle Full Set Account (AP, AR, GL, Petty cash, Bank Recon, SST and E-Invoice)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate and timely posting in the accounting system. </li>
<li>Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including billing, collections, and payments. </li>
<li>Supervise petty cash and staff expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. </li>
<li>Prepare monthly reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and selected balance sheet schedules. </li>
<li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. </li>
<li>Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits, and respond to audit queries promptly. </li>
<li>Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. </li>
<li>Support management with ad-hoc accounting, finance, and administrative tasks. </li>
<li>Perform other finance-related duties as assigned. </li>
