Job Description

• Assist in designing and improving website pages, landing pages, dashboards, forms, and customer-facing digital platforms. 
• Create wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes using Figma or similar design tools. 
• Study customer behavior and user journeys to identify pain points and recommend improvements to the overall digital experience. 
• Support marketing initiatives by designing landing pages, lead forms, digital brochures, and other campaign assets. 
• Learn how UI/UX, SEO, and AI tools contribute to lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. 
• Provide basic website support, including simple HTML/CSS adjustments, responsive design checks, and collaboration with developers or the IT team. 
• Assist with basic SEO optimization, such as improving page structure, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, and content layout. 
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, UI components, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital assets. 
• Organize design files and assets properly to support efficient team collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma / Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, Marketing Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, user flow, typography, color, and responsive design.
• Able to use Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO is an added advantage, but training will be provided.
• Interested in learning marketing, AI tools, digital business, and customer experience design.
• Good eye for detail and willing to improve based on feedback.
• Able to communicate ideas clearly and work with marketing, sales, IT, and management teams.
• Portfolio or school projects are encouraged.
