Job Description

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior Executive, Project Finance & Investment to support our investment, financing, and project evaluation activities.  Join us in delivering exceptional placemaking and driving strategic growth through sound financial insight and investment discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, including IRR, NPV, and cash flow projections
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment and development decisions
• Assist in structuring and securing project financing, including liaising with banks, financial institutions, and investors
• Evaluate land acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments through financial and commercial analysis
• Monitor project cash flows, funding utilisation, and financing drawdowns, with timely coordination and follow-ups with banks
• Track and analyse project performance against budget, highlighting risks and recommending corrective actions
• Prepare investment papers, financial reports, and presentations for senior management and the Board
• Support due diligence, compliance, and corporate finance initiatives as required

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, or project finance
• Prior experience in property development or construction industry will be highly advantageous
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
• Good understanding of project financing structures and capital markets
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially driven
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
