Job Responsibilities

<li>Engage with regional stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into reporting needs.</li>
<li>Prepare structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and reporting specifications aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from business users in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Monitor and validate data integration between source systems and the Qlik Sense reporting system to ensure data completeness, consistency, and integrity through reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and issue resolution coordination.</li>
<li>Assist in supply chain inventory stock availability analysis to support operational planning and decision-making.</li>
<li>Support Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Change Requests (CR), testing documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li>
<li>Liaise with the Qlik Sense technical team to ensure reporting requirements are accurately implemented.</li>
<li>Provide input during dashboard requirement discussions and design validation (development handled by technical team).</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising , Finance, Marketing, IT) to support reporting, analytics, and business initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide Qlik Sense user support, training, and guidance to regional users to ensure effective system adoption.</li>
<li>Support reporting issue resolution, including post-implementation monitoring and enhancement feedback.</li>
<li>Travel to regional offices (e.g., Vietnam, Philippines, and other countries) as required to support business operations, user training, system implementation, and stakeholder engagement.</li>

• Translate regional needs into reporting specs and Qlik Sense reports; validate and reconcile data.
• Regional role covering Vietnam, Philippines and other offices.
• Shape dashboards, train Qlik Sense users and travel regionally to drive impact!
