<li>Prepare report and incentive calculation</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and generate operational performance, inventory monitoring and management reports as required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Calculate monthly incentives for warehouse staff&nbsp;</li>
<li>Update and maintain incentive records and administrative data</li>
<li>Ensure all data is complete, accurate and properly recorded</li>
</ul>
2. Administrative duties
<ul>
<li>Perform daily administrative tasks in accordance with established SOPs.</li>
<li>Manage and monitor loose items in the warehouse</li>
<li>Minimise delays and promptly report any issues to the superior</li>
</ul>
3. Documents and records management
<ul>
<li>Maintain and monitor all warehouse related documents systematically.</li>
<li>Handle invoices and Purchase Requisition (PR).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Verify supplier deliveries against supporting documents for accuracy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Record and monitor supplier pallet movements.</li>
</ul>
4. Warehouse and attendance monitoring
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update warehouse administrative records.</li>
<li>Record and monitor staff attendance accurately.</li>
</ul>
