Trade Winds PNG Limited is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to support our logistics and distribution operations within our FMCG and beverage business. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of stock to support timely distribution across our supply chain.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory control, ensuring goods are properly received and dispatched, and supporting smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, check, and store incoming stock accurately according to company procedures

* Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to customers and distribution partners

* Load and unload containers, trucks, and pallets safely and efficiently

* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts and cycle counts

* Ensure proper storage of FMCG and beverage products, including spirits, in designated areas

* Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the warehouse at all times

* Follow all health, safety, and company compliance procedures

* Work closely with logistics, sales, and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

Requirements:

* Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification

* Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG environment is an advantage

* Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting and warehouse duties

* Basic understanding of inventory control and stock management

* Forklift licence is an advantage (or willingness to be trained)

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Good teamwork and communication skills

* Willingness to work in Papua New Guinea
