<li>Collaborate closely with the property team, administrative team, and other relevant departments to gather and consolidate all new project documentation for submission plans and licensing purposes.</li>
<li>Coordinate and provide support to the Architect and Runner in handling documentation while monitoring the progress of building plan submissions and business license applications.</li>
<li>Help coordinate and track the status of new store orders and deliveries to ensure timely arrival at the site/store.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing and maintaining the filing system for all project documentation.</li>
<li>Timely submit reports and provide weekly updates on the status of submissions and license applications.</li>
<li>Support colleagues as needed, such as preparing acknowledgment letters and raising purchase orders.</li>
<li>Manage phone calls and correspondence, responding to emails and letters directed to the appropriate parties.</li>
</ol>
