<li>Handle day-to-day office administration (filing, documentation, data entry, phone calls, emails)</li>
<li>Prepare job sheets, delivery notes, invoices, and project documents</li>
<li>Coordinate with project teams, drivers, suppliers, and clients</li>
<li>Maintain records for renovation projects and logistics operations</li>
<li>Assist in sourcing materials, arranging deliveries, and preparing purchase orders &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Payroll &amp; HR Support
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly payroll, allowances, overtime, claims, and statutory contributions</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HR policies &amp; labour regulations</li>
<li>Maintain employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment scheduling, onboarding, and HR documentation &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
General Office Operations
<ul>
<li>Manage office supplies and stationery</li>
<li>Support management in reporting and simple administrative tasks&nbsp;</li>
<li>Any other tasks assigned by management &nbsp;</li>
