Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic & Digital Designer to join us! For this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various media channels, including digital, print, and social media. You will collaborate with our creative and ecommerce team to develop engaging visual content that effectively communicates our brand identity and messaging to our target audience. You'll also work with our ecommerce team to come up with design idea that improves website aesthetic and user experience. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce and design, looking for career progression, and aiming to be part of a collaborative, high-achieving team.

What You'll Do:

• Create visually appealing product images, product infographics, and social graphics in line with brand guidelines.
• Learn the product to craft infographics that sparks buying intent.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity according to different brands.
• Create high-quality static ads for our advertising campaigns.
• Design graphics and banner for campaigns.
• Occasionally work with our ecommerce team to improve website design for the best possible aesthetic and user experience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative design ideas.
• Stay updated on graphic design and ad trends and continuously innovate, bringing fresh and engaging ideas to the table

Job Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to edit and manipulate photos proficiently
• Able to communicate message effectively to target audience through graphics.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
• Experience with copywriting is a plus!
• Knowledge in Figma is not required, but is a plus too!
• Attach a portfolio to showcase your graphic design
