<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE    </strong></p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and oversee the full spectrum of  finance and accounting operations across Malaysia and Thailand. This role is responsible  for ensuring effective financial management, strong governance, and operational  efficiency in all day-to-day finance activities.    The Head of Finance will manage key functions including billing and collections,  payments, cash flow planning, banking and treasury, financial reporting, and month-end  and year-end closing. In addition, the role will provide strategic financial insights and  recommendations to support business decisions and drive organisational growth.    The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to lead  the finance function, enhance processes, and ensure continuous improvement across the  department.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   </strong></p>
<p><strong>A. Financial Strategy &amp; Leadership  </strong></p>

<li>Develop and implement the company’s overall financial strategy aligned with  corporate goals and growth plans.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Advise the Board and CEO on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>B. Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Reporting  </strong></p>

<li>Monitor cash flow, project costing, working capital, and profitability.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee timely preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial  reports for management and stakeholders.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>C. Project &amp; Financial Management </strong></p>

<li>Establish robust project accounting practices for tracking project costs, margins,  and progress billings.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proper, clear and documented financial controls for procurement,  subcontractor payments, claims, and variations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Partner with Project Directors/Managers to provide financial guidance throughout  project lifecycles.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong> D. Governance, Compliance &amp; Risk Management  </strong></p>
<p>i. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
