JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Finance &amp; Account Manager, the Junior Accounts Executive/Accounts Executive’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>To handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded properly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure month and close duties are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare year-end audit and tax schedules are required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handling the AR &amp; AP area of work together with the accounts assistant and to support as at when needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with the banker for all banking matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors and tax agents for all the financial year audit and tax matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with the company secretary for all statutory filing matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
