Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Camp Leaders to join our international summer camp team in Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while creating meaningful experiences for children and teenagers from around the world.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support children and teenagers (ages 8–17) throughout the camp program
- Lead group activities, excursions, and daily schedules
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of all participants
- Assist in delivering educational and recreational activities
- Act as a positive role model and maintain a supportive, inclusive environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and camp management
Requirements
- Experience working with children or teenagers (education, camps, coaching, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, proactive, and responsible personality
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Availability for the full program dates
Right to Work Requirements
- Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred
- Local citizens of this country
- Permanent residents (PR) of this country
- Candidates who already have a work permit for this country
