🎯 My mission

To design a must-have product for B2B business owners in prospecting, building relationships, and selling. You can craft a delightful experience for 1,000,000 users by designing digital products, which consist of browser add-ons and a web application that is user-friendly and high-quality.

💻 In this role, I will get these outcomes done

• Craft pixel-perfect UI wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs 
• Translate requirements into detailed journey maps,
• Optimise and develop the designs and experience of new and existing features for a web application and browser extensions,
• Ensure frontend applications are user friendly and solving user problems across different browsers, operating systems, and devices,
• Build reusable design library to create web pages and frontend applications,
• Work collaboratively with Engineering & Product teams to help define problem statements and advocate for users,
• Communicate clearly to the development team with detailed specifications
• Talk to customers and do research and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma,
• Have a technical understanding of front-end development and elements,
• Strong listening and communication skills to interview and understand what customers really want,
• You’re an expert in your craft with a great eye for design and able to create functional and delightful interface designs,

• Pragmatic in balancing delivery deadlines with perfect solutions
• Ambitious, intelligent, and energetic, who wants to evolve beyond current skill sets and become an A player.
• 4+ years of experience in a UI/UX Designer or Service Designer role in a Consumer SaaS product or founding/operating at a startup.
• Proactive, follow-through on commitments, organisation and planning to get things done without being told.
• Flexible/adaptable to quickly changing priorities in startup environments.
• Strategic thinking with creativity, who can see the big picture and generate new and innovative solutions to solve problems.
