We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role requires a deep understanding of content creation, social media trends, and digital lead generation strategies. Your roles and responsibilities include:&nbsp;
<h4>Social Media Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using social media tools.</li>
<li>Monitor engagement and community interactions; respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner.</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms</li>
</ul>
<h4>Content Creation</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop compelling copy, visuals, and short-form videos that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to generate content ideas that align with campaign goals and product/service offerings.</li>
<li>Create content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Lead Generation &amp; Campaigns</h4>
<ul>
<li>Strategize and execute digital campaigns with a focus on lead acquisition (e.g., email sign-ups, free trial conversions, landing page traffic).</li>
<li>Collaborate with performance marketing to track campaign performance and optimize for conversion.</li>
<li>Use storytelling to nurture interest and drive users from awareness to consideration and sign-up.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Analytics &amp; Reporting</h4>
<ul>
<li>Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, leads generated) and deliver monthly performance reports.</li>
<li>Use insights to adjust content strategies and improve performance.</li>
