Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and people-oriented Operations Intern to help run and grow our daily community and sports events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the ground, engaging with people, and bringing activities to life.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly from setup to participant experience while helping build a strong, active community with the operations team and managers.

What You’ll Do

• Run Daily Community Events
• Support and manage sports and activity-based sessions (e.g. games, social play, group activities)
• Ensure events are well-organised, on time, and engaging
• Host & Engage Participants
• Welcome and interact with participants to create a fun, inclusive environment
• Track attendance and participation
• Follow up with participants to encourage repeat engagement
• Operations & Ground Execution
• Work closely with the operations team to manage event flow, setup, and transitions
• Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and overall facility experience is maintained
• Troubleshoot on-the-ground issues quickly and effectively
• Community Growth & Branding
• Collaborate with the marketing team to position and promote community events
• Support initiatives that increase turnout and strengthen community engagement
  

Compensation

• Eligible for commissions up to 20% if able to achieve monthly events management KPI

• Organized and able to manage multiple moving parts during events

Working Hours

• Flexible Working Hours : Events are typically held in the evening, when the community is most active
