Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage onsite and offsite construction compliance with construction safety regulations
- Able to plan, coordinate, manage and supervise construction site teams
- Attend site meetings, consultant meetings etc for project coordination
- Responsible for monthly progress claims, certificate and material request
- Ensure works carried out meets the Client's requirements and expectation in compliance with regulation specified
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- At least 2 years experience
- Willing to travel and willing to work at odd hours if needed
- Possess own transport
- Good written and verbal communication
- Computer literate
- Detailed oriented, responsible, independent, fast learner, good inter personal skills and positive working attitude
- CIDB holder is an added advantage
