<li>Provide comprehensive support and resolution for customer service and billing issues related to Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support.</li>
</ul>

<li>Technical Support &amp; Billing: </li>
<ul>
<li>Handle customer support cases involving technical issues and billing inquiries, including those related to broadband services.</li>
<li>Assist with troubleshooting and provide solutions for technical support as needed.</li>
</ul>

<li>Reporting &amp; Communication: </li>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and submit daily reports , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.</li>

<li>Continuously update and improve knowledge of company products, services, and support processes.</li>
