Job Responsibilities:

<li>Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked.</li>
<li>Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Assist in the onboarding process for new hires (orientation, setup of workstations) and offboarding process (asset handover, employee exit form)</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings and prepare offer letters)</li>
<li>Maintain employee records (e.g., attendance, leave records, performance evaluations) according to policy and legal requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.</li>
<li>Manage and initiate payments for employee salaries, claims, office bills and contributions.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing company events and outings to foster team spirit&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
