<ul>
<li>Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, and offer processing within timelines</li>
<li>Proactively source candidates through job portals, referrals, headhunting and networking beyond inbound applications</li>
<li>Maintain the applicant tracking system and provide regular hiring status updates to the HR Manager and hiring managers</li>
</ul>
Onboarding &amp; Offboarding
<ul>
<li>Prepare all onboarding documentation, system access and orientation materials before each new joiner’s start date</li>
<li>Conduct employee orientation and assist with statutory registrations (EPF, SOCSO, PCB</li>
<li>Execute the full offboarding checklist for every departure: systems access revocation, final payroll inputs, asset recovery and stakeholder notification.</li>

Payroll Support &amp; HR Documentation
<ul>
<li>Process payroll inputs accurately (joiners, leavers, public holiday pay, part-timers, adjustments) with proper verification&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and issue HR correspondence (offer letters, confirmation letters, extension letters, payment in lieu, demand letters) with thorough accuracy checks before release</li>
<li>Maintain and update the master employee database in real time, keeping all records confidential and audit-rea</li>
</ul>
HR Operations &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Execute HR SOPs consistently and highlight improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Track and follow through on day-to-day HR tasks (probation reviews, name cards, contract renewals, employee requests) within defined timelines.</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and all statutory requirements</li>
</ul>
Employee Engagement &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating when needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and welfare activities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in managing the company’s HRDF account, coordinating training bookings and workshop logistics.</li>
</ul>
Administration &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Generate HR reports and data (headcount, turnover, recruitment pipeline, leave balances)</li>
<li>Support HR projects and cross-functional initiatives&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle general administrative and welfare needs as assigned</li>
</ul>
