Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, and other related expenses.
• Support in analysing project specifications and drawings to determine quantity take-offs.
• Help in developing and managing project budgets while ensuring cost control.
• Assist in the tendering process, including preparing bills of quantities and tender documentation.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including material requests and procurement records.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet project objectives.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required for project support and completion.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, proactive mind-set, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
• Willing to work in Kota Damansara.
