Job Description
- Taking off quantity, controlling and monitoring accessories/materials needed for the project.
- Assists on submission of sample to client / consultants.
- To ensure the payment certificates and variation orders are issued in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthly claims.
- Preparing and analysing cost comparison.
- To raise purchase requisition and liaise with procurement department for issuance of PO.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for:-
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
- Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
