Job Description
<ul>
<li>Taking off quantity, controlling and monitoring accessories/materials needed for the project.</li>
<li>Assists on submission of sample to client / consultants.</li>
<li>To ensure the payment certificates and variation orders are issued in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthly claims.</li>
<li>Preparing and analysing cost comparison.</li>
<li>To raise purchase requisition and liaise with procurement department for issuance of PO.</li>
<li>To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.</li>
</ul>
