Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Possess at least a recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or in related fields.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in tender management within the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. In-depth understanding of tendering processes, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
  4. Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and commercial terms.
  5. Proficiency in project costing, risk analysis, and value engineering.
  6. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  7. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  8. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead and manage the Tender Department, ensuring the effective coordination of tender preparation, submission, and follow-up processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to secure new projects in line with EPIC OG’s business objectives.
  3. Oversee the preparation of high-quality tender proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
  4. Review and analyse tender documents, providing strategic insights and recommendations to maximise win potential.
  5. Identify risks and opportunities associated with tenders and propose mitigation strategies.
  6. Conduct performance reviews and implement training plans to enhance team capabilities.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors to support successful tendering.
  8. Represent EPIC OG in tender clarifications, negotiations, and presentations.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on tender performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
