Job Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Work closely with the Finance Department to align procurement plans with the budget and financial objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any issues regarding quality, delivery, and compliance.
• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
• Manage the tendering and bidding processes for major procurement contracts.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services necessary for park operations, including rides, attractions, food & beverage, merchandise, and facility maintenance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for auditing and financial tracking.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
• Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in line with corporate social responsibility policies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with finance teams to forecast procurement budgets and control expenditures.
• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives while maintaining service and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
