Job Description

Position Summary: This internship position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive office and administrative support across various departments, including Marketing, Recruitment, and Operations. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth running of business activities, maintaining confidentiality, and interacting professionally with management, staff, and clients. The intern will assist in the full spectrum of departmental functions and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. Guidance will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding and job proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report Preparation:

  • Assist in preparing reports related to marketing operations.
  • Provide necessary reports to other departments (Operations, Accounts & Finance, Management) and external parties, including clients and vendors.

2. Attendance Monitoring:

  • Track and monitor the attendance of promoters, merchandisers, beauty advisors, and product advisors for project activations such as in-store events, roadshows, etc.

3. On-Ground Supervision:

  • Provide on-ground supervision and observation to better understand the services provided by the company to its clients.
  • Assist in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the company's services during activations.

4. Administrative Assistance:

  • Support management and supervisors in enhancing administration, management, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counselling staff such as promoters, merchandisers, beauty advisors, and product advisors.

5. Ad-Hoc Tasks:

  • Handle any other ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or possessing at least an SPM/"O" Level, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably entry-level candidates specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail, initiative, and a good team player.
  • Responsible, pleasant, and independent personality.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision, innovative, proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and possess good planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be computer literate, particularly proficient in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time/Internship positions are available.
