Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Report and assist to Senior Marketing Manager on the assigned tasks.
• Liaison with clients and corporate partners on the briefs and requirements on the respective campaigns.
• Plan and prepare campaign proposals based on client's requirements with effective strategies to achieve brand promotional mission.
• Analysis of market information, products sales performance and consumers' feedbacks.
• On-site visits, audit and evaluate on current campaigns.
• Ensure quality control of all standard operating procedures are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate in planning and execution with the operation/logistic department on the promotional activities, schedules, and arrangements.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in the field of Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communication or have any similar/related experiences in FMCG promotional event & activation management.

• Good spoken and written proficiency in English. 
• Must be computer literate at least in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word.
• Must possess own transportation and is willing to travel outstation occasionally.
• Innovative and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident when engaging and working with people.
• Well-groomed in presentation and appearance.
• Responsible, diligent, and strong willingness to learn and improve with a positive attitude.
• Have good motivation and a strong interest in the events industry.
