Job description:
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives</li>
<li>Translate campaign ideas into clear content directions for the creative team</li>
<li>Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, and content requirements for execution</li>
<li>Work closely with Creative Ops to ensure all marketing deliverables are completed on time</li>
<li>Manage and maintain content calendars across all platforms</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout</li>
<li>Continuously monitor market trends, social media trends, and consumer behaviour</li>
<li>Identify trending topics, viral content formats, and relevant opportunities for the brand</li>
<li>Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis including campaigns, pricing, and positioning</li>
<li>Track what competitors are doing and recommend actionable ideas or improvements</li>
<li>Analyse campaign and content performance to identify strengths and gaps</li>
<li>Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion</li>
<li>Prepare and present weekly reports on performance, trends, and insights</li>
<li>Propose improvements and new ideas based on data and observation</li>
<li>Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand positioning and messaging</li>
<li>Support product launches, promotional activities, and special campaigns</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating collaborations, partnerships, or influencer related activities when required</li>
<li>Proactively suggest new campaign ideas, angles, or content directions</li>
</ul>
