What are We Looking For

We are looking for an organized and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and working closely with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:

  •  Manage daily accounting functions, including the preparation of financial reports, bank reconciliations, and processing of invoices.
  •  Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  •  Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including preparing and filing tax returns, and liaising with auditors when required.
  •  Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, providing management with regular updates on financial status.
  •  Handle petty cash management and process staff expense claims.

Administrative Duties:

  •  Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and other operational needs.
  •  Assist with HR functions such as attendance tracking, payroll, and leave management.
  •  Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  •  Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent 2-3 years of related experience.
  •  Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
  •  Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  •  Independent and able to multi-task
  •  Willing to run errands and travel out of office for banking and postage activities
  •  Good team player and positive attitude.
  •  Candidate can start in short notice preferred.
