Gain hands-on exposure to the modern-day, high-tech industry and sharpen your technical skills with our immersive training, practical workshops and professional events. Non-technical candidates with a strong interest in technology, education and EdTech in particular are also encouraged to apply.

Technology trainees have the opportunity to discover how we power futuristic courses with cutting-edge technology – aiming to inspire the next generation of young creators. You will explore how our pedagogy and personalized training is delivered to students between the ages of 8–18 in a fun, dynamic learning environment.

In addition, selected trainees will be able to leverage our proprietary learning platform, enhance curriculum and deliver specialized technology programs in fields such as game development, UI/UX, programming and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning. 

Upskill with our partners from Microsoft, Roblox, VEX, and Unity while networking with experts in the tech community — locally and across international tech teams such as in Hong Kong, Japan and the United Kingdom. 

Our trainees that have exhibited strong technical ability will also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our software engineering team to deliver custom, real-world solutions. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience building diverse applications across web, mobile, and AR/VR platforms.

Apart from software and curriculum development, we introduce rotations to include either:

(i) further events management/business development work to familiarize yourself with the latest IT trends or

(ii) pursue further IT solutions and development work with our software development team or

(iii) support marketing and content strategies, including multimedia content creation leveraging business skills for a competitive sector, or

(iv) mentor and assist teams in global competitions, guiding them through hackathons, computational thinking challenges, and high-impact innovation projects

Core Responsibilities:

i) Programme Delivery

• Support and deliver dynamic, engaging technology-focused lessons in one or more of our core subjects:
• Computer Science | Game Development | Mathematics | UI/UX Design | Physics
  (at least one from this list)
• Assist in deploying programs using our learning platform in the following formats: in-person (1-on-1/small groups), online (live virtual classes), and hybrid.

ii) Curriculum Development and R&D

• Collaborate with the curriculum team to design/update programs on our learning platform.
• Research emerging trends in education/industry to propose new course ideas.
• Test programs and modules using both internal and external resources
• Create and refine learning materials (project guides, assessments, tutorials).

iii) Growth & Collaboration

• Participate in feedback sessions to refine products and services.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on internal process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Engage in peer-to-peer mentoring and knowledge-sharing sessions to support continuous learning within the team.

Job Requirements

 General requirements:

• Interest/passion in education and/or technology
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Ability/willingness to pick up new skills 
• A flexible team player with strong communication skills. 
• Has a positive attitude
• Will be at least 18 years old before their first day of work.

Level (pursuing / obtained) : Master / Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor, Higher Diploma / Associate Degree Required

Applicants must also demonstrate interest OR ability in one or more of the following areas:

• Programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Web Development
• UI/UX Design
• 2D or 3D Video Game Design
• Game Modding or Character Modeling
• Artificial Intelligence
• Game Development, Engines and Modeling Software

Preferred qualities:

• Experience delivering workshops, talks, hackathons or bootcamps. 
• Leadership skills.
• Pedagogy / coaching / mentoring experience.
• Proactive in sharing original / innovative ideas.
• Experience with small to medium scaled development projects.
• Research experience. 
• Customer service experience. 
• Experience with social media and marketing.
• Knowledge or interest in games, gaming and gamification. 
• Ideal candidates have completed 2+ years of college in a related field of study.
