 Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Data Entry

• Facilitate the invoicing, payment processing, and data entry operations using SQL and Bukku.
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

Document Management

• Help organize and accurately file accounting documents.
• Keep a well-structured filing system for all financial records to ensure easy access.

Accounts Assistance

• Support financial reporting tasks and the month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with the manager/supervisor to gain insights into the complete accounting cycle.

General Support

• Assist with the daily administrative tasks of the finance team.
• Engage in special projects and initiatives with the team as needed.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma/ Bachelor’s program in Accounting or a closely related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take responsibility.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Keen to learn and contribute in a high-energy environment.
