The Business (Transformation) Analyst will report to the Head of Transformation, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data—particularly financial data—to support high-impact decision-making and execute business improvement projects. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and help drive sustainable change.

<li>Data Analysis &amp; Insights</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Gather and analyze internal data, with an emphasis on financial, cost, and operational data.</li>
<li>Develop dashboards, models, and reports to monitor key business metrics and trends.</li>
<li>Translate complex data into actionable insights for the Head of Transformation and leadership team</li>
</ul>
2. Business Case Development
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing business cases, ROI analysis, and risk assessments for proposed transformation or improvement projects.</li>
<li>Provide data-driven input to help prioritize initiatives based on value and feasibility.</li>
</ul>
3. Project Support &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of transformation and change initiatives.</li>
<li>Work with departments to gather requirements, document processes, and monitor implementation progress.</li>
<li>Ensure follow-through on assigned initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders and reporting on outcomes.</li>
</ul>
4. Decision Support
<ul>
<li>Provide timely, relevant analysis to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Help stress-test assumptions, validate models, and explore scenarios that affect cost, revenue, or efficiency.</li>
</ul>
5. Communication &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support regular updates to management on initiative progress, risks, and impact.</li>
</ul>
