Marketing Intern Responsibilities

•  Support planning and execution of in store promotions and campaigns
•  Assist marketing campaigns aligned with HQ guidelines and company goals
•  Create simple marketing content for posters and social media
•  Support digital and viral marketing on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
•  Observe customer behavior and buying patterns
•  Assist with basic reporting, feedback, and campaign monitoring

Business Intern Responsibilities

•  Support daily retail store operations
•  Assist with stock management and visual display planning
•  Learn sales tracking, data analysis, and trend identification
•  Assist in preparing sales and performance reports
•  Support process improvement and business development tasks
•  Assist supervisors with daily coordination and operations

Additional Learning Exposure

•  Sales and data analysis to support business decisions
•  Workforce coordination including scheduling, KPIs, and performance tracking
•  Hands on use of Google Workspace tools such as Sheets and Docs
•  Product, pricing, and promotion strategies at store level
•  Development of communication, teamwork, and professional skills
