We’re a medium-sized petro-retail store with a steady flow of customers and a friendly, supportive crew. Here, every shift counts - you’ll be part of a team that keeps the store running smoothly through good service, organized displays, accurate cashiering, and creative local marketing.

We’re looking for a hands-on Retail, Marketing and Merchandising Executive who enjoys taking ownership managing people, solving problems and keeping the store running at its best. If you’re detail-driven, proactive, and ready to lead from the floor, this role is for you.

TASK &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily store operations while maintaining service, quality, and display standards.</li>
<li>Supervise cashiering and daily sales reports; ensure end-of-shift balances are accurate with no discrepancies.</li>
<li>Monitor merchandising and stock levels; place and manage product orders, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Handle invoicing, product receiving, and related documentation.</li>
<li>Plan and execute merchandising to maintain consistent, sales-focused product presentation.</li>
<li>Be the focal person for any service-related or ad hoc issues involving the branch, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve operational issues promptly; escalate when necessary to minimise disruption.</li>
<li>Drive staff productivity through discipline, leadership, and clear task delegation.</li>
<li>Manage the outlet’s social media updates and meet social media requirements set by HQ.</li>
<li>Track sales performance and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.</li>
<li>Train and guide new team members while maintaining a professional, customer-focused store culture.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2+ years in retail or sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. (training provided if not yet fully experienced)</li>
<li>Good leadership, communication and organization skills. (training provided if not yet fully experienced).</li>
<li>Confident with stock management, cashiering and reporting systems. (training provided if not yet fully experienced)</li>
<li>Hands-on and proactive - willing to work alongside the team on the floor.</li>
<li>Flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays.</li>
