Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate site activities involving the fire protection systems, such as sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, gas suppression, and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure all site work is carried out in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, safety standards and project timelines.
• Monitor manpower deployment, site progress and material usage.
• Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors and clients to resolve site issues promptly.
• Verify completed work for quality and conformity before handing over for inspection or commissioning.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and photo documentation.
• Support project handover and testing commissioning procedures.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or related discipline
• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in fire protection or M & E installation works.
• Familiarity with BOMBA regulations, NFPA/MS standards and local site requirements.
• Good understanding of installation processes, material requirements and testing products for fire systems.
• Hands-on experience in managing subcontractors and multi-trade coordination
• Able to read technical drawings and project sites.
• Strong technical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Willing to travel or be based at multiple project sites.
