Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to support the financial operations of Firetech Engineering, a leading provider of fire protection systems, safety solutions, and engineering services. This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounts, ensuring compliance with industry and statutory requirements, and providing management with timely financial insights to support project execution and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience in service- or project-based industries, and the ability to manage both operational and reporting responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts &amp; Financial Management&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, project costing, and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.</li>
<li>Monitor project collections to ensure healthy financial liquidity.</li>
</ul>
Project &amp; Service Contract Accounting
<ul>
<li>Manage invoicing for service contracts and project progress claims, ensuring timely collection.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with project and operations teams to align financial reporting with project milestones.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Audit
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit tax filings, statutory reports, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Controls &amp; Process Improvements
<ul>
<li>Strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and approval processes.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows, particularly in project and service contract management.</li>
</ul>
Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Work closely with management, operations, procurement, and warehouse teams to align financial practices with business needs.</li>
