Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a combination of administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping.

Administrative Duties:

• Prepare and update profit-sharing reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage supplier-related tasks, including placing orders and preparing payments.
• Maintain sales collection records and ensure timely updates.
• Issue customer invoices and receipts.
• Handle correspondence with unit owners regarding administrative matters.
• Organize and maintain office documentation and filing systems.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.

Accounting Duties:

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process staff claims.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Process payments to suppliers and other relevant parties.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years in an administrative or account support role
• Experience working in a fast-paced or client-facing environment
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with budgeting or basic finance tasks
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in financial software (ERP systems, spreadsheets, accounting software) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledgable in SQL Software, & able to do full set of account.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great in attention to detail and is able to operate with minimal supervision/independent
