As our Senior Finance &amp; Admin Senior Executive, you will assist in managing the financial functions of PSC and its associated companies. You will help maintaining accurate financial records and support the evaluation of financial opportunities aimed at strengthening the Company's market position. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their finance career within a dynamic, fast-paced brand environment. We value continuous learning, adaptability, and collaboration.

<ins>Job Roles &amp; Responsibilities</ins>

<li>Finance &amp; Accounting</li>
<ul>
<li>Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgeting.</li>
<li>Process and verify invoices, expense claims and payments.</li>
<li>Maintain financial records and ensure accurate data entry in accounting systems.</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely reporting.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants on financial matters.</li>
</ul>
<li>Administration &amp; Office Management</li>
<ul>
<li>Oversee office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of company documents, contracts, and employee files.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers for office needs.</li>
<li>Manage procurement of office supplies and ensure office facilities are well-maintained.</li>
<li>Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as payroll processing.</li>

<li>Compliance &amp; Regulatory Matters</li>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of statutory filings, SST/GST submissions, and other regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with changes in financial and tax regulations that may affect the company.</li>

<li>Operational Support</li>
<ul>
<li>Assist in financial planning, cost control, and budget monitoring.</li>
<li>Support internal process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial and administrative operations.</li>
<li>Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth coordination of financial and administrative matters.</li>
<li>Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned by management.</li>
