The Test Manager is responsible for leading the testing and quality assurance efforts across software development projects. This role ensures that all deliverables meet quality standards, functional requirements, and performance expectations before release. The Test Manager oversees test strategy, execution, automation, and team leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize defects and enhance product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Test Strategy &amp; Planning</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Define and implement the overall test strategy, including manual and automated testing approaches.</li>
<li>Develop test plans, scope, schedules, and resource allocation in alignment with project timelines.</li>
<li>Select and manage testing tools, frameworks, and environments (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, LoadRunner).</li>
</ul>
2. Test Execution &amp; Quality Assurance
<ul>
<li>Oversee functional, regression, performance, security, and UAT testing.</li>
<li>Ensure adequate test coverage based on business and technical requirements.</li>
<li>Lead defect management, including prioritization, tracking, and resolution.</li>
</ul>
3. Test Automation &amp; CI/CD Integration
<ul>
<li>Drive test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.</li>
<li>Maintain and optimize automated test scripts (e.g., using Selenium, Appium, Cypress).</li>
<li>Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).</li>
</ul>
4. Team Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management
<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, testers, and automation specialists.</li>
<li>Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to align testing with project goals.</li>
<li>Provide test status reports and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
5. Process Improvement &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Establish and enforce QA best practices (shift-left testing, risk-based testing).</li>
<li>Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GDPR, HIPAA) where applicable&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
