Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and service-driven individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional member experience. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact at the club, creating a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Deliver outstanding customer service at all touchpoints</li>
<li>Welcome members and guests in a warm, friendly manner</li>
<li>Handle enquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally</li>
<li>Assist with membership matters (account updates, freezes, cancellations, payments)</li>
<li>Manage front desk operations including phone calls and bookings</li>
<li>Ensure members receive accurate and clear information about club promos/updates</li>
<li>Record and escalate complaints when necessary for timely resolution</li>
<li>Maintain a tidy and organised reception area</li>
<li>Support member retention efforts through positive service interactions</li>
</ul>

This job is all about being the friendly face of a club! You’ll help members and guests feel welcome, handle their inquiries, and keep everything running smoothly. You might like this job because you enjoy helping people and creating great experiences!
