<li><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 8:00am – 4:30pm&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>Allowance:</strong> RM900 – RM1,800 per month (depending on internship duration, commitment and scope of responsibilities)&nbsp;</li>

<p>FITM (Fitness Innovations Malaysia) is one of Malaysia's leading fitness education and training providers. We conduct professional certification courses and workshops for personal trainers, gym instructors, physiotherapists and healthcare professionals.</p>
<p>As a <strong>Student Experience &amp; Operations Intern</strong>, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer service, front desk operations, event coordination and business operations while supporting professional training courses and workshops.</p>
<p>This internship is ideal for students who enjoy interacting with people, staying organised, solving problems and learning how a training centre operates behind the scenes.</p>
<p>What You'll Be Doing</p>
<h2>Student Experience &amp; Front Desk</h2>
<ul>
<li>Welcome students and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist students with registration, check-in and general enquiries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and walk-in enquiries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Process course registrations and payments.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help create a positive and welcoming learning experience for every student.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2>Course &amp; Event Operations</h2>
<ul>
<li>Prepare classrooms before courses and workshops.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Set up learning materials and refreshments when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Take attendance and assist with student registration.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support educators during training sessions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help ensure courses and events run smoothly.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2>Customer Service &amp; Administration</h2>
<ul>
<li>Follow up with students regarding upcoming courses and important reminders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Update student records and attendance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with documentation and general administrative tasks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the daily operations of the training centre.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2>Projects &amp; Learning Opportunities</h2>
<p>Depending on your interests and performance, you'll also have opportunities to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with event coordination and logistics.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Take photos and videos during courses.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support social media and marketing activities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help improve SOPs and operational workflows.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Learn to use AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve efficiency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with special projects across different departments.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

• Run front desk: greet students, process registrations/payments, handle enquiries and support classes.
• Join a leading Malaysian fitness education provider.
• Build ops skills: set up courses, run events, support marketing, improve SOPs, use AI tools!
