Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the day operational matters of the Finance and Account Department.</li>
<li>Responsible for General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable being carried smoothly.</li>
<li>Manage and prepare full set of accounts</li>
<li>Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with regional work.</li>
<li>Prepare financial budget, cash flow forecast, analyses and monthly financial reports to Management.</li>
<li>To monitor and prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.</li>
<li>Work closely with Directors, Managers and staff in all operation matters relating to finance especially in timely collections of audit fees.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditor and Mazars Tax Expertise with regards to annual statutory reporting and tax submission.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To assist on ad-hoc work.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
