Seeking a detail-oriented and results-oriented Finance Operations Executive to join our growing team! Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and contributing to efficient operations?
If you possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow instructions meticulously, this opportunity is for you. You will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by handling assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
<ul>
<li>Assist with merchant billing across TW, MY, HK/JP (reconciliation, invoicing, payment processing, receivables follow-up)</li>
<li>Support company and employee expense management (reviewing, remitting, and managing assets)</li>
<li>Assist with payroll, social insurance, and bank transaction recording</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle data entry and verification to ensure accuracy in financial systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with reviewing/authorizing non-standard merchant contracts and drafting/reviewing partnerships</li>
<li>Support ensuring legal compliance and addressing related issues</li>
<li>(HQ) Assist with managing bank remittances, tool/system access, and budget planning, as directed by manager</li>
<li>Contribute to company registration tasks, as assigned</li>
</ul>
