Job Description

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and financial documents. 
• Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. 
• Assist in processing invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims. 
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records. 
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. 
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities. 
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audit and tax purposes. 
• Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents. 
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and administrative tasks as assigned. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Internship placement required by the university or college. 
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. 
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Detail-oriented with good numerical accuracy. 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
