• Join briefings to grasp the unique selling points (USPs) of each property.
• Research and analyze key property features and selling points.
• Craft engaging and targeted marketing copy tailored for property promotions.
• Manage posts professionally and engage with online followers.
• Learn how to allocate ad budgets and run effective marketing campaigns.
• Handle inquiries, qualify leads, and assist in scheduling viewings.
• Interns may attend client viewings. Senior agents will guide them through the first 3 viewings—after that, independent participation is encouraged.(Bonus learning).
• Compile data on ad spending, client leads, and campaign performance for analysis.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Strong interest in real estate, property marketing, or social media.
• Basic writing or design skills (Canva, CapCut, IG Reels = a bonus!).
• Willing to learn about branding, advertising, and lead generation.
• English (required), Mandarin (preferred for local property clients).
• Self-driven, proactive, and good at time management.
• Comfortable with flexible work hours and occasional site visits.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Willing to learn basic CRM, content planning, and ad campaign setup.
