Job Description

Role Purpose

Be the execution engine for brand plans. Convert brand strategy into consistent, on-time, on-budget operations across online and offline touchpoints. Coordinate calendars, tract deliverables, and maintain brand standards to drive visibility, velocity, and sell-out.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Brand Operations & Governance

  • Coordinate the day-to-day brand operations cadence (brief>plan>execute>review).
  • Maintain monthly brand dashboards covering launches, promotions, visuals, and spend.
  • Enforce brand guidelines and identity across all channels and assets.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Creative, and E-commerce to ensure OTIF delivery of brand activities.
  • Track critical paths, timelines, budgets, and vendor milestones; escalate risks and action recovery plans.

Campaigns, Launches & Activations

  • Compile monthly updates of product launches, promos, assets, and learnings for management.
  • Assist planning and execution of events/activations/partnerships to strengthen brand presence.

Reporting & Post-Mortems

  • Consolidate online + offline results into a single monthly report with insights and next actions.

Other Duties

  • Provide day-to-day manager support; contribute as a strong team player.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • >1 year in brand/marketing/operations.
  • Proficient with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides; Canva a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical and detail oriented.

  • Weekly: Ops huddle, risk/issue log, budget burn, status dashboard.
  • Monthly: Brand operations report, calendar lock, post-mortems.
  • Quarterly: Activation calendar review; playbook refresh.

30-60-90 Day Success

  • 30d: Audit current brand ops calendar/assets; map vendor SLAs; quick wins to unblock OTIF.
  • 60d: Standardize reporting pack; land 1-2 activations on time full asset compliance.
  • 90d: Lift OTIF >95%, implement risk register & RACI; close loop on two post-mortems with measured improvements.
