As our Senior Project &amp; Operations Executive, you will play a key role (project management) in ensuring smooth delivery of website/app development projects and digital marketing tasks. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to keep requirements clear, timelines on track, and deliverables accurate.
Your responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Leading, managing, coordinating, and delivering digital projects (web, app, design, and digital marketing).</li>
<li>Liaising directly with clients to clarify requirements, gather information, present updates, and ensure expectations are aligned.</li>
<li>Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress to prevent delays or miscommunication.</li>
<li>Preparing documentation such as meeting notes, follow-up actions, project summaries, and reports.</li>
<li>Coordinating across internal teams (design, development, digital marketing, management) to maintain smooth workflow and on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Supporting operational tasks such as scheduling, procurement, activity arrangements, and improving internal processes.</li>
<li>Assisting the Management Team in ensuring reliable, consistent, and high-quality project delivery.</li>
<li>Acting as a point of contact to support the Project &amp; Delivery function, helping ensure on-time and reliable project outcomes.</li>
</ul>
