Job Description

As our Senior Project & Operations Executive, you will play a key role (project management) in ensuring smooth delivery of website/app development projects and digital marketing tasks. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to keep requirements clear, timelines on track, and deliverables accurate.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, managing, coordinating, and delivering digital projects (web, app, design, and digital marketing).
• Liaising directly with clients to clarify requirements, gather information, present updates, and ensure expectations are aligned.
• Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress to prevent delays or miscommunication.
• Preparing documentation such as meeting notes, follow-up actions, project summaries, and reports.
• Coordinating across internal teams (design, development, digital marketing, management) to maintain smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Supporting operational tasks such as scheduling, procurement, activity arrangements, and improving internal processes.
• Assisting the Management Team in ensuring reliable, consistent, and high-quality project delivery.
• Acting as a point of contact to support the Project & Delivery function, helping ensure on-time and reliable project outcomes.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings maturity, clarity, and hands-on digital project management experience, optimal project & delivery workflow.

What you must have:

• Mandatory:
• Minimum 4 years experience (web/app/digital marketing) in project coordination, operations, client servicing, or account management.
• Experience managing website/app development projects — coordinating with designers and developers, tracking progress, understanding workflows, and handling client requirements.
• Experience coordinating digital marketing deliverables, including social media posts & reels/stories.
• Experience working in a web/digital agency handling website or digital projects.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise directly with clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills, able to handle multiple tasks reliably.
• Ability to prepare clean documentation, summaries, emails, and meeting notes.
• A proactive, responsible, and positive attitude.
• Able to work full-time, on-site at our office.
• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.).
