Responsibilities
- Track and analyze performance across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube weekly
- Maintain and lead a rolling 4-week content calendar (themes, hooks, post cadence)
- Audit and improve captions, headlines, post copy, and story text for engagement
- Propose monthly campaigns, social themes, or promotional angles based on audience trends
- Recommend boosted posts and budget levels; track boost ROI and provide learnings
- Generate monthly growth and engagement reports with clear insights and next steps
- Coordinate content direction with media producer (Aziz) and content exec (Johor-based)
- Translate founder’s vision into structured, repeatable media output
- Act as the brand voice guardian — ensuring consistency in tone and message
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in content strategy, social media growth, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing engagement and follower counts on IG, TikTok, FB, XHS (little red book)
- Strong copywriting skills — can write, review, or guide high-performing captions
- Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, and Google Sheets
- Able to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills — able to lead team direction without needing to do hands-on editing
- Bonus: Familiarity with motorsports, sim racing, or youth lifestyle branding
- Bonus: Experience working with remote teams or startups
